Simon is married with a young daughter and has been in the business for 8 years. He has worked between Littlehampton and Brighton, managing offices for two large corporate companies. He likes working for independent agents because of the flexibility and ability to focus more on the job of selling houses and ensuring a smooth transaction. He has lived in Worthing all his life and knows all areas of the town. He enjoys the job because as a sales person he likes the satisfaction of a sale, however big or small the property. The buzz comes from knowing that everything that can be done has been done to ensure buyers and sellers enjoy an easy move.
