Steve's illustrious career in Estate Agency began in Sept 1978 with a local Worthing independent where he stayed for 10 years before joining Jacobs Steel in Aug 1988. He managed the Lancing office for 6 years (through the recession) before becoming a Partner in Jan 1991.
From 1995-96 Steve was the President of the Worthing and District Estate Agents Association. In the mid 90s he was Chairman of the West Sussex branch of the NAEA for 5 years.
In April 1994 Steve moved along the coast to open and run the new Jacobs Steel Shoreham-by-Sea office, before qualifying as a Domestic Energy Assessor in 2007 to enable him to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) which all properties that are now sold or let are required to have. This service adds to the complete service offered by Jacobs Steel.
His local knowledge and length of service makes him one of the most respected property professionals in the area.
