Emma joined Jacobs Steel at the beginning of 2007, having progressed in customer care and sales within a well known national company. With this track record, she felt she would benefit from utilising her skills and experience in a role that would be more rewarding and challenging - and where she could learn new techniques and knowledge in a completely new industry.
Based at our West Worthing branch Emma has shown excellent development and is a vital part of the team. She possesses excellent communication skills and has the ability to understand client needs and will always "go the extra mile" to deliver results.
