Ashley Jacobs
Ashley moved to Worthing on his fifth birthday in the early 1960s and was educated at the John Selden school before moving to Worthing High School for Boys. On leaving school he went straight into estate agency as a trainee for a local independent firm with offices in Worthing and Lancing.
In his early twenties he moved to a larger independent and was soon managing an office in Worthing. The opportunity arose in 1984 to start his own business with Partner Derek Steel as Jacobs Steel & Co in Broadwater. This office remains to this day and is now part of the chain that has six residential sales and one lettings office in the area. Ashley is married to Hayley and has two grown up children and an eleven year old step daughter.
