Josie Kelly grew up in Southwick, lives locally and joined Jacobs Steel 2 years ago as an experienced Saturday Assistant after spending time working for a busy agent in Hove in their sales and letting departments.
Josie has now taken on more responsibility and hours and has become an important part of the sales team, carrying out viewings, getting to know applicants and finding them their perfect home.
