Since Ashley Jacobs and Derek Steel founded the business we have achieved a number of significant milestones. Jacobs Steel was voted the Worthing Herald Readers Estate and Letting Agency of the year in 2006/07. In 2007 we opened our seventh office within the local area to provide an on-street presence in every major sector of the town.

We have worked hard to make our own business more efficient in order to offer lower commission rates, no sale no fee and Worthing’s first local estate agents to advertise properties on our own website as well as marketing your property on all the major national sites and in the local press. Your property and your aspirations matters to us. WE have grown to become the town’s favourite estate agency by living amongst our customers and being the right people to call to get level-headed, informed advice that will lead to a quicker sale.
