We're currently looking for a

Property Manager

Jacobs Steel are a growing, multi-division Estate agency with an ambition to change the property industry for the better. Our teams across our 7 branches are forward thinking individuals with a genuine passion for property; across sales, lettings, new homes, commercial, admin and marketing.

Our Lettings business was founded in 2018 and has grown at an extraordinary rate, from a team of 1 to a current team of 4. The next step in our journey is to hire a Property Manager to join the team and provide vital support to our growing business.

Working full-time Monday to Friday, you’ll have your weekends to yourself to refresh and enjoy. Whilst it can be useful to work within your team of lettings professionals, we are also offering this role with the opportunity to work from home. You’ll earn a good salary and will have the ability to earn commission.

As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Building relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Forming working partnerships with local contractors and tradespeople
  • Resolving property management queries and complaints
  • Registering prospective tenants
  • Responding to and organising property maintenance requests
  • Booking and carrying out property inspections
