We won't be increasing our Landlord fees

The Tenant Fees Bill came in to effect on 1 June 2019 and sees the end to lettings fees for tenants; saving tenants around £240 million a year, according to government figures.

Because of this change, there has been a lot of uncertainty around what this means for Landlords and speculation that Landlord fees will be increased in order for agents to cover their losses.

Whilst other agents may be raising their fees, Jacobs Steel are proud to say that our Landlord fees will remain unchanged.
